1. SUPPLY SYSTEM (Selection of Supplier of Raw Material)

1. The supplies will be required to offer kinds of certificates and business licence to prove they are legal and formal.

2. Sample will be sent to us for the first round of testing and checking

3. We will invite the official Third-Party of factory audition together with our company’s management to audit supplier’s capability and scale.

4. Quality agreement will be sign to divide responsibilities and risks

5. First batch order will be tried and used for our domestic market order production, in order to experience their service and coordination

6. If everything goes well, we will try to start purchase raw material from them with a larger quantity, better performance they have,larger raw material order will be given in future. but if one of above step fails to our expectation, we will look for another other potential raw material supplier to go that process again.

2. PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. Our production carried out according to the standards of ISO14001,ISO9001, we also draw the management experience of Solar Products&Electrical Products from United states, Canada,Australia, and Brazil.

2. Each production dept has a “Quality manual” as guidance to strictly guide their daily work.

3. Each new employee will be trained for 15days before on duty to minimize the production mistake

4. Working staff salary will be closely related to their performance as KPI assessment, the higher efficiency and less mistake they perform, the better income they will have. 

5. Our boss graduated from TOP3 University in China with technical background, he has a stringent standards on the quality.

3. QC SYSTEM

1. Quality dept. consists of 110 people, and we only hire the well-experienced staff.

2. They check the product starting with the raw material according to the AQL for the first round of inspection, if they find non-conformed raw material, QC has right to return raw material back to supplier and require them replace with conformed one.

3. For the second round that QC will select the finished goods still based on AQL to check the product performance and package with professional device and process.

4. PACKAGING SYSTEM

1. A professional design team whom could help clients design their package and box

2. Most of products are in double package and protection, inside case and outside box.

3. Each order package box will be required to sampling first, once approval by both sales and clients , then package box will be run into bulk production.

4. Each carton will be packaged with pallet and fastened firmly with Stretch film and packing strap.

5. WAREHOUSE SYSTEM

1. Warehousing dept consists of 63 working staff with rich experience. 

2. Our warehouse particularly built for moisture resistance and damp resistance, the steel frame constructions make sure finished goods stocked without being damaged and spoiled

6.INSPECTION SYSTEM BEFORE CONTAINER-LOADING

1. All the finished products will be placed in warehouse and are ready to be inspected by clients and third-party.

2. QA will randomly choose some pallets and carton to check the package BOX and products performance & functions according to AQL, then will take pics as records till confirming everything in good condition

7.AFTER SALES SYSTEM

We will follow up customers’ feedback and comments on each order firstly and check if anything we could help. If customers reflect on some issues they have, then we will:

1. Receive and collect the information and let customer send products pics / video for our reference and discussion

2. Meeting with leaders of production dept., technical dept, and sale dept., and talk about the solutions to the issues.

3. For the non-quality issue,like customers don’t know how to use products, then we will have video meeting with clients and show how to use, plus send instructions to customers, or if necessary our engineers will visit customer’s company to train their employee.

4. For non-man-made quality issue, we either will send new conformed products to replace with the problem ones for free or return our customer the money of problem products, what’s more , if customers suffer other loss due to our quality, we will still be together with our customer till the problem effectively resolved.
