3. For the non-quality issue, like customers don’t know how to use products, then we will have a video meeting with clients and show how to use, plus send instructions to customers, or if necessary our engineers will visit customer’s company to train their employee.

For non-man-made quality issues, we either will send new conformed products to replace with the problem ones for free or return our customer the money of problem products, what’s more, if customers suffer other loss due to our quality, we will still be together with our customer till the problem effectively resolved.
